Currently, Health Habits only ships to addresses in the United States.
Shipping charges
Shipping rates vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over $100. You’ll be able to review your shipping charges once you enter your Shipping Address and Shipping Method in the shopping cart.
Return and refund policies for H2 BodyPrint Products
All H2 BodyPrint products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If after 30 days, you are not satisfied with your products purchased directly from healthyhabitsmc.com, please call 1-208-995-2822 or email support@healthyhabitsmc.com and we’ll provide instruction on how to receive a refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. You’ll need your order number which is available on your Purchase Confirmation email, or under “Orders” in your Account once you sign-in at healthyhabitsmc.com.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back and provide a refund of your shipping costs.
Before returning any H2 BodyPrint products, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for Preauthorization. You can reach us at 208-995-2822 or by email at support@healthyhabitsmc.com. Products will not be approved for return after 30 days. H2 Product(s) must be returned within 14 days after the Return Authorization was created. If the product(s) are not returned within the allotted time, your RA file will be closed. Please send Preauthorized products to: H2 BodyPrint, Attn: Shipping, 14 S Baltic Place, Meridian, ID 83642.
If an item is being returned for an exchange, there will be an additional shipping charge.
Damage Claims or Shipment Errors: Please inspect your order upon arrival and call or email our Customer Service Department at support@healthyhabitsmc.com within 10 business days to report any breakage, defective or incorrect items, or shortages. We will correct the problem as quickly as possible.
Return and Refund Policy on Telehealth and Virtual Consultation Services
Due to the personalized nature of our telehealth and virtual consultation services and products offered, we cannot accept returns or refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy. Telehealth and virtual consultation products and services offered are non-refundable.
Return and Refund Policy on BrainSpan Kits
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your BrainSpan kit purchase, you may return your order for a refund/store credit, following the guidelines below:
BrainSpan kit must be unused to be returned. If returned within the first 30 days after purchase, we will provide a refund less a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. All returns are only valid on unused test kits still in original condition and wrapping.
As soon as we receive your returned items at our Warehouse, we will gladly process your refund or store credit. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return shipment to arrive at our Warehouse once you drop it in the mail. Refund payment within 30 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle. All return requests should be sent to the following email address: info@healthyhabitswc.com. To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, please provide your original packing slip with your return or your original order number. BrainSpan kits purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a refund and will not be accepted if returned.
All BrainSpan kits expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise directed. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on expired products. All expired products must be discarded. Please note that per CFR 21 Section 801 devices do not require manufacturers to print the expiration date on the product.
Return Policy on Genetic Testing Kits
Except as detailed below or as required by applicable law, the genetic testing kits are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used kits and/or testing services.
Requesting a Refund for an Unused Genetic Test Kit
To request a refund for an unused genetic test kit, you must notify us within thirty (30) days from date of purchase and confirm that you have not yet shipped your saliva sample to the laboratory. Please email support@healthyhabitsmc.com to receive a return authorization. Further, we must receive your unused genetic test kit within fourteen (14) days of your return authorization issuance for a refund. At the time your refund is requested and we are able to confirm that your sample has not already began to be processed by the laboratory, we will initiate a refund, which may take up to 10 days. If your sample has already been sent to the laboratory for processing, no refund will be issued. See the “Returning Unused Genetic Test Kits” section for more information.
Returning an Unused Genetic Test Kit
Please email support@healthyhabitsmc.com to receive return authorization. Customer must pay shipping cost to return the genetic test kit along with a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please do not refuse the package or return it back to sender as this will not route your collection kit to the proper location and your refund may not be processed. Once the unused genetic test kit is received, a refund minus any shipping and 20% restocking fee will be issued.
